This Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and transactional expertise to the Department of Neurology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Department Chair's Office and the Financial Transactions Services team.
  • Coordinate department events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Review financial processes, including reimbursements, meeting and entertainment transactions, honorariums, and miscellaneous payments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Smartsheet.
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
