Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of business operations within a large CCPN practice or multiple smaller practices. The Practice Administrator Lead has authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of business operations, including personnel, operating budget, and daily oversight of front office functions. Collaborating with physicians and clinical leadership ensures high-quality clinical operations and promotes patient care standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have five years of experience as a medical office manager in a multi-provider practice, with a solid understanding of general accounting principles and coding/third party payors. A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or healthcare administration is preferred. This position requires excellent decision-making skills, sound judgment, and the ability to monitor financial performance. An estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
