Job Summary:

The successful candidate will contribute to the safe and effective treatment of patients by applying pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) principles to drug development.

The Pharmacokinetics and Dynamics (PKDM) department plays a critical role in the company's success. As a senior expert, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to progress drug candidates from IND through early phase/late phase to successful approval.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and planning relevant studies
  • Applying quantitative methods via modeling and simulation to provide dose selection and complex issue resolution
  • Contributing to regulatory documents and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. degree in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, mathematics, engineering, computational biology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical PK/PD, pharmacometrics, and/or clinical pharmacology
  • Proficient in PK modeling software/platforms
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
