Job Description

At KP Recruiting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism department, you will play a critical role in supporting critical decision making and risk management for projects from first in human dosing through life cycle management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacometrics, with a proven track record of applying quantitative skills to provide dose selection and complex issues at various stages of drug development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, planning, and overseeing relevant studies
  • PK/PD analysis, interpretation, and reporting of results for molecules/compounds in clinical stage
  • Contributing to regulatory documents and inquiries
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to progress drug candidates from IND through early phase/late phase to successful approval

Requirements include a Ph.D. degree in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, mathematics, engineering, computational biology, or a related field, with or without post-doctoral experience plus 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in PK modeling software/platforms and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
