The Creative Audio Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in the development, construction, and evaluation of data dashboards for Meta Music and Creative Audio. Key Responsibilities:

Data Analyst Duties:
Collaborate within a project team to facilitate database development and define project parameters and constraints.

Analyze project requests that outline database user requirements to estimate the time and resources necessary for completion.

Design, construct, and implement dependable data pipelines to transfer data across various platforms.

Create interactive dashboards to evaluate our impact and deliver continuous insights that empower leadership to make informed, data-driven strategic decisions.

Engage with Creative Audio leadership, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to comprehend data requirements, presenting essential data insights in a comprehensible manner.

Automate reporting processes using SQL and a Python-based ETL framework.

Utilize a diverse range of technical and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with our partners.

Ensure the maintenance of data quality, integrity, and accuracy across data solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL).

Experience with open-source programming languages such as Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript frameworks.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various technical and non-technical teams to achieve shared product or initiative objectives.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to work independently.

Experience in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficient computer skills (including MS Outlook, Google Workspace, Word, Excel, Dropbox, Cortex, Tableau, Python).

Experience in communicating and collaborating effectively with artists and creatives, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:
$113,000/year to $162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
