Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Route Sales Representative in managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and product inventory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer service and sales.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, sales, and logistics.
