Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Center Manager to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as a business owner and foster a team environment, instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center.
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting Bank of America's products and services.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and remove obstacles to optimize operations, ensuring the timely identification, escalation, debate, and remediation of risk across the organization.
  • Coaches to sustain and elevate organizational performance while differentiating to ensure pay for performance.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources across the organization to drive short- and long-term profitability.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team.
  • Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Display passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Can interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success, and hold others accountable to results.
  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
