About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Executive Director of Sales and Operations for our Midwest region. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of our sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic leadership and direction to sales, production, and strategic growth teams in the Midwest region.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by improving processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
  • Sales and Marketing: Lead the sales and marketing efforts in the Midwest region, including developing and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Midwest region.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and manage risk to minimize exposure.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience in multiple product lines and sales, operations, or engineering.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is required, with experience in a union environment desirable.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
