We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to excel in our sales and support role as an Ace Hardware Sales and Support Representative.

About the Position:
  • Serve customers with a smile, providing prompt and courteous assistance with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products, promoting relevant items and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints, responding promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash registers, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the sales team by restocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and processing merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, creating an engaging store environment that drives sales and encourages customer interaction.
Compensation and Benefits:

Ace Hardware offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $12.50 - $15.00 per hour, based on location and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
