Join Our Team as a Clinical Pharmacist

At Providence Health & Services, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to enhance our patient care initiatives. This role comes with a competitive hiring bonus for qualified external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, you will:
1. Accurately dispense parenteral and enteral medications.
2. Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapies.
3. Provide comprehensive drug information to healthcare teams.
4. Supervise and guide pharmacy support staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- New Mexico Pharmacist Clinician certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in acute care hospital pharmacy (1 year or equivalent).
