Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join our team at Weichert Workforce Mobility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business operations to ensure the highest level of service quality, financial performance, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Oversee performance analysis and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and drive higher performance.
  • Engage with technology specialists to evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance operations.
  • Collaborate with Technical Training to develop training plans to effectively implement operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification in quality management or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in operational excellence or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change management and process implementation.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, process optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and SOP development.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data management practices.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and lead in times of change and growth.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong operations management and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to drive measurable engagement and advocacy.
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on competing priorities.
