Lead Solutions Architect

Location: Remote (hybrid)

Duration: Long-term contract

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

As a Lead Solutions Architect at CRG, you will join a diverse global team, working closely with Project Managers, System Architects, and key stakeholders. Your role will involve the design, execution, and maintenance of the Client's Dealer Portal. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values inclusivity, innovation, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure developed solutions adhere to architectural standards, specifications, and quality expectations while maintaining compliance with company protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications for proposed solutions, including timelines and scope.
  • Create and manage test plans, coordinating user acceptance and integration testing to confirm requirements are met prior to production deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the availability and functionality of products and solutions.
  • Engage with the Dealer Engagement Stable Team to gain insights into North America and Global TDP processes.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the TDP domain for comprehensive processes.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements and features to optimize the TDP product.
  • Resolve assigned challenges in partnership with the business.
  • Document and track requirements necessary for implementing proposed updates, including legal and customer experience considerations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Proficient understanding of Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Extranets.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and processes.
  • Solid grasp of large datasets and relational database management.
  • Expertise in crafting user stories with acceptance criteria based on business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Motivated to enhance both technical and functional skills.
  • Professional experience in analyzing software and hardware systems.
