Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of custodial tasks, including:

  • Cleaning and maintaining areas such as classrooms, offices, and common spaces.
  • Performing floor care tasks including mopping, waxing, and polishing.
  • Dusting and sanitizing surfaces, including windows and furniture.
  • Managing linens and laundry services.
  • Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables.
  • Reporting maintenance needs and performing minor repairs.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a combination of experience and training that demonstrates the necessary skills for this position. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with floor maintenance equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must have the physical capability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
