Business Expansion Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Main Street Auto, where you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring auto repair shops and associated real estate across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development or sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach auto repair shops as potential acquisition targets and manage relationships with shop owners
- Negotiate deals with auto repair shop owners and work closely with them to coordinate and manage the acquisition process from start to finish
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of successful business development or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate deals and manage the acquisition process from start to finish
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout state(s) in assigned territory
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
