About the Role:

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an excellent dining experience. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service and provide top-notch hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Prior experience as a server or in a related field is preferred.
