**Join Our Team: Sous Chef Wanted**
SIXTY VINES WOODLANDS, LLC invites experienced Sous Chefs to apply for our kitchen operations manager position. Our winemaker's restaurant features a unique blend of wine country-inspired cuisine and 60 wines on our sustainable tap system.
As a vital member of our team, you will oversee kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, manage employee schedules, and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and implement training programs for hourly personnel.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
- A degree in Culinary Arts is not required but is a plus.
- Experience in leading and supervising hourly team members.
- Experience working within budget parameters.
- Knowledge of Scheduling and Restaurant software programs.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
**Salary Range:** $52,000 - $65,000 per year, plus monthly profit sharing.
**Benefits:** Flexible schedules, potential for 4-day work weeks, up to 17 days of PTO, 401(k) match, insurance after 60 days, wine country trips, and free access to mental health services.
