As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating orientation and educational programs for our nursing staff, as well as ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement orientation and educational programs for nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
  • Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff on infection control and prevention
  • Monitor and report on infection control and prevention metrics
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current California LVN/RN license
  • Current certificate and training in Staff Development
  • Certified Infection Preventionist preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nursing and one year in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs
