Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sonoran University's mission, educational offerings, admission criteria, and the field of naturopathic medicine.
  • Event Representation: Actively represent the university at various educational fairs, college visits, and health career programs, both locally and regionally.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Conduct visits to targeted schools and organizations to connect with prospective students, providing insights into program offerings and addressing inquiries related to enrollment and student life.
  • Communication: Engage in proactive outreach through phone calls and personalized correspondence to prospective students, ensuring they receive essential information about the admissions process.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide detailed admission materials and assist students in understanding the next steps in their application journey.
  • Recruitment Activities: Organize and participate in various recruitment events, including orientation sessions and outreach programs aimed at high school students.
  • Prospect Management: Maintain and cultivate a database of prospective students through effective follow-up communication and engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various university departments to facilitate a seamless flow of information to prospective students.
  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, including outreach efforts and student interactions, to track progress and outcomes.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Admissions Director.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or student retention is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in virtual communication platforms.
