Job Summary

Maricopa Community College District is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Services Site Support Specialist to provide front-line customer service and administrative program support for academic and career training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct student intake, registration, and admissions processes, verifying participants' program eligibility and coordinating student registration and testing appointment scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls and front desk inquiries from prospective students, monitoring and following up with location call logs and maintaining a knowledge base of current career services and training programs available.
  • Support laptop checkout process and check-out research, interfacing with instructors and staff to support student program participation and success.
  • Perform data entry into reporting databases with a high degree of accuracy, creating and updating student digital files and attendance workbooks, and linking pertinent documents to student digital files.
  • Assist with separating students from the program under the direction of location managers and provide administrative support to managers and staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of prior work experience required.
  • Strong computer skills and prior experience working in a front-line, fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
Working Conditions

May be required to travel to various locations and work various hours and shifts.

Positions are available at various RSC Locations, including Rio Northern at 1715 W. Northern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
