Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation range: $40,000 - $100,000, including hourly wages and commissions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and via phone from a retail office setting.
  • Assist in enrolling new clients in health, supplemental, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Address inquiries from existing clients regarding their insurance coverage, payment concerns, and necessary health insurance tax documentation.
  • Utilize various software applications with a keen attention to detail.
  • Stay informed through ongoing training and resources to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas to maintain good standing within the organization.

No prior Health and Accident License is necessary to apply for this position. However, candidates who are not licensed can receive a $300 bonus upon passing their state exam to become a licensed insurance agent within 30 days of starting. We also offer sponsorship for your pre-licensing course and up to two exam attempts.

  • Hands and arms: Frequent activities include picking, pinching, handling, feeling, reaching, and typing. Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Speaking: Effectively conveying ideas through spoken communication, especially for detailed instructions.
  • Hearing: Ability to receive and interpret detailed information through verbal communication.
  • Vision: Ability to see and read computer screens and written documents, with or without correction.
  • Repetitive Motion: Frequent movement of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Mobility: Capable of standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
