Key Responsibilities:- Engage directly with local consumers to initiate and meet customer acquisition and sales objectives.
- Utilize knowledge of client offerings to deliver solutions and exceptional customer service to the community.

- Participate in training sessions alongside other Customer Support Specialists and management to enhance understanding of client operations, sales metrics, and outreach objectives.

- An associate's degree or completion of a two-year program is preferred.

- Demonstrated reliability in time management and task completion, both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to apply marketing and sales strategies following appropriate training.
- Willingness to learn and develop management skills to support office operations.
