The Area General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel assets, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Performance: Analyze and improve financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.
  • Operational Controls: Establish and maintain operational controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores.
  • Team Development: Mentor, train, and motivate property-level General Managers to achieve and exceed goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior hotel General Manager experience, with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Complex Support: Complex, Area, or multi-property support experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of directing and motivating management teams to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent diplomacy and team-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel owners and corporate offices.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required.
