About the Role:

iHire Employment Services is a leading employment services company dedicated to providing individuals with career opportunities that offer great pay, good benefits, and long-term prospects. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to navigate multiple screens with ease, handle high-volume phone calls and emails, and provide top-notch customer service. They will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing clients, scouting new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive industry
  • Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and coaching to a small growing call-center team
  • Travel to events across the USA (at least 10 times per year)
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual
  • High enthusiasm and charisma
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability skills
  • Proven sales history in growing accounts
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
Benefits:
  • $70,000 - $76,000 salary
  • Full-time position with benefits
  • On-site at Rialto CA facility
