Job Overview

We Rock The Spectrum - Columbus, OH is on the lookout for enthusiastic Part-Time Activity Coordinators to enhance our dynamic team. Our facility is equipped with engaging occupational therapy apparatus designed for children of all abilities to explore and enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Activity Coordinator, you will:

  • Supervise and facilitate gym activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children.
  • Manage Front Desk operations, including check-ins and retail support.
  • Assist in organizing Arts & Crafts sessions and special events such as birthday parties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety protocols throughout the facility.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess a keen interest in:

  • Early Childhood Education and Recreation
  • Primary Education
  • Allied Health Professions

Experience working with children with special needs is highly valued. Applicants should be motivated, energetic, and reliable, with a willingness to engage with children and create enjoyable activities.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage, with opportunities to earn additional tips during weekend shifts and special events. Availability for weekend shifts is preferred.
