Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams and hold them accountable for achieving sales and performance standards.
  • Supervise sales associates and ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Train and coach sales teams to ensure they are fluent in product knowledge and can provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
