About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team at ColonialWebb. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop estimates to grow our business in the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide coaching and training to service technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure that all service-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful service strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve service metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
