Key Responsibilities:

  • Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and fittings while adhering to budgeted labor hours as directed by the Installation Manager.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of necessary truck stock items.
  • Notify the Installation Manager promptly if a project is at risk of exceeding the labor budget.
  • Collaborate with management to identify cost-saving measures in installation processes.
  • Conduct daily project reviews with the Installation Manager and request necessary tools and materials by the designated time.
  • Accurately document daily work, including hours and materials used, and submit reports to the Installation Manager.
  • Ensure quality installations are completed within budgeted labor hours and meet company standards.
  • Communicate any required stocking items or fabrication needs to the Installation Manager in a timely manner.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks or fabrication as directed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from debris.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Physical requirements include lifting 50 to 100 lbs, working in confined spaces, outdoor work, and climbing ladders regularly.

Qualifications:

  • EPA Certification
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience in residential HVAC service
  • Valid driver's license
  • All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
  • Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate safe driving practices.
