Nashville Tour Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging Guest Service Representative to join our team at Gray Line Tennessee. As a Downtown GSR, you will interact with guests from all over the world, providing them with exceptional customer service and promoting our products that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Selling and upselling products via our web-based reservation system.
- Acting as a tour guide of Nashville, answering questions, and addressing complaints with a positive attitude.
- Staying informed about local events and offering suggestions on the best places to eat, visit, or experience.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Following up on unresolved customer inquiries.
- Providing input on process improvements.
- Complying with directives from supervisors and Team Leads.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- A clean background check and drug test results.
