Clinical Nurse Coordinator Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital

CarePartners is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Support patient-centered care by engaging in service recovery and addressing patient concerns.
- Contribute to staff development and education, including interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
- Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
- Support inventory control and supply management to ensure efficient operations.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 15 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
