Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement evidence-based practices that promote patient-centered care.
  • Support a culture of teamwork and open communication to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Support inventory control and supply management to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 15 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are essential qualifications.
