About the Role
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing emotional support and education throughout the care process

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
