About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct quality improvement research and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve clinical issues and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state of Alaska or ability to obtain prior to hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
