Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Administer treatments, conduct tests, perform procedures, and collect specimens as directed.
- Document and report observations and outcomes of treatments, tests, and procedures as necessary.
- Facilitate the transfer, transport, and escorting of residents as required.
- Respond promptly to signal lights.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Registration with the Illinois State registry is required.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Capability to accurately document care provided.
