- Provide direct supervision to nursing clinical care team members, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and facility management to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Timely completion of skilled nursing documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
- Current Illinois State RN licensure.
- Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience in nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
