Acute Care for Elderly (ACE) Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care for Elderly (ACE) team at ChristianaCare Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients and families to deliver high-quality care that supports older adults facing acute illness.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to older adults with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Engage in relationship-based care, building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
  • BSN required.
  • ADN candidates are required to obtain a BSN within 3 years of the hire date.
  • Qualified applicants must have one year of experience as an RN.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with older adults.
  • Gerontology Certification preferred.
  • BLS required.
