Sales and Operations Manager Job Opportunity

Gold's Gym SoCal is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing member experiences, and leading a high-performing personal training team. With a focus on delivering world-class service, you'll leverage your knowledge of our products and programs to inspire change and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue growth and focus: Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team management: Lead a high-performing personal training team to achieve project and department goals.
  • Project coordination: Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
  • Customer service: Enforce club rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a positive member experience.
  • Staffing and scheduling: Manage employee staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Possess a positive, upbeat attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the fitness industry with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
