About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 20 hours a week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The salary for this position is $32/hourly. As a remote worker, you will be required to travel locally, as needed, to assist with firm events (1-2 times a year).

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering health and benefit plans, performing customer service functions, assisting with recruitment and interview processes, facilitating successful onboarding and offboarding processes, and overseeing performance review processes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining HR documents, including the Employee Handbook, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State statutes. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for all HR functions and organize and coordinate firm and client events.
