Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Manager to lead our global quality assurance strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead both routine and for-cause audits, and oversee preparation and response strategies for regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with clinical operations and regulatory affairs to align quality assurance strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
- At least 18 years of experience in clinical quality assurance, with a proven track record of managing international audits and inspections.
- Certification in Quality Assurance is highly desirable.
- Experience with PV Quality and hematology/oncology trials is a plus.
