Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily schedules of Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Electricians, dispatching them as service requests are fulfilled. Ensure the customer database is up-to-date and maintain clear communication with managers, staff, and clients.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Organizing scheduled service calls
  • Handling both emergency and routine calls
  • Dispatching Service Technicians efficiently
  • Maintaining the dispatch schedule
  • Tracking technician routes and statuses to optimize their schedules
  • Prioritizing service requests based on urgency
  • Forecasting workload for the upcoming days
  • Providing technicians with essential information regarding orders and traffic
  • Communicating parts requirements to the inventory department
  • Updating customer records as new information is received
  • Confirming all scheduled calls for the next day

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dispatch role or similar position
  • Proficient with technology and relevant dispatch methods
  • Quick typing skills with a background in data entry
  • Understanding of emergency protocols and procedures
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong listening and communication abilities
  • Good judgment and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
