We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at McAlister's Deli. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of our business model
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant managers and hourly employees
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to achieve profitability

Requirements:
