**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Co-Occurring Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. The Co-Occurring Therapist will provide clinical social work/counseling services to consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified supervisor.

**Responsibilities:**
* Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work/counseling services to consumers and families
* Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referral
* Maintains treatment records
* Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served
* Must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer's status to identify each consumer's needs and provide the appropriate care
* Must demonstrate knowledge of the stages of change, a wellness and recovery model, and placement criteria as outlined in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) patient placement guide

**Requirements:**
* MSW from an accredited school of social work or Master's Degree or doctorate in counseling with at least one year of experience required
* Actively working towards certification as a CADC or licensure as a LCADC based on requirements set forth by governing authority
* Must be computer literate and proficient in using the agency's Electronic Medical Records, NJSAMS, and applicable software required for the job
* Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
