About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Business Administrator to join our team at Sound Pain Alliance, a rapidly growing network of interventional pain management clinics in Washington. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 16 locations and supporting our providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Senior Management Team and CEO to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and success.
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise office managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work culture that supports our mission.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience Matters: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a strong background in back-office medical administration.
  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience in pain management related specialty or 5+ years' experience with EClinical Works (ECW) is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Qualities: A strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves collaborating with senior leadership.
