We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Staff Accountant to join our team at PDK International. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of federal, state, and private grants awarded to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Backup for Staff Accountant regarding processing credit card expenses, updating the check log, creating invoicing for curriculum and other lines of business, and completing bank reconciliations
- Provide support to the Chief Financial Officer in processing and tracking all activity for federal, state, and private grants
- 3-5 years of technical financial grant experience
- 3-5 years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- An attractive compensation package, including an entry-level salary of $60,000 to $65,000
- Health, generous 403(b), and vacation benefits
