Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Backup for Staff Accountant regarding processing credit card expenses, updating the check log, creating invoicing for curriculum and other lines of business, and completing bank reconciliations
  • Provide support to the Chief Financial Officer in processing and tracking all activity for federal, state, and private grants
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of technical financial grant experience
  • 3-5 years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
