Compensation Package:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 estimated annual salary range, commensurate with experience.

As a Senior Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex claims efficiently while maintaining open communication with customers. Your expertise in auto property damage, combined with your ability to empathize with clients, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in claims resolution, preferably in auto property damage.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
