Job Summary

The Banquet Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires a strong understanding of fine dining and table-side service, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members and their guests, ensuring a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
  • Assist with banquet setup and teardown, including arranging tables, linens, and other amenities.
  • Manage table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and meet the needs of our members.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and other relevant information to provide informed service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or banquet service environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
