The Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager is a key member of the Corporate Quality and Continuous Improvement Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a continuous improvement framework and strategy to drive operational excellence across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Conduct data analysis and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing process improvements and ensure sustainability of changes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or Master Black Belt Certification.
