Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's systems and records. You will be responsible for reviewing patient records, insurance records, and internal controls to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review patient records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Identify weaknesses or deficiencies in internal controls and company systems.
Create audit schedules, plans audit engagements, and communicate audit plans and timelines to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Communicate audit results to management and relevant parties.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required. Some college preferred. Experience using audit software, data analysis tools, and other relevant applications.
