Investment Banking in Non-Profit Healthcare


Jefferies' Non-Profit Healthcare Division offers a comprehensive range of advisory and capital market services tailored for transformative non-profit health systems and managed care organizations.

This division, consisting of a dedicated team of 13 financial professionals, delivers these essential services to clients both domestically and globally.

As part of Jefferies' Municipal Securities Division within the Investment Banking sector, we specialize in providing investment banking and capital market advisory services to various municipal debt issuers, including state and local governments, state authorities, and 501(c)(3) entities.

POSITION:

We are currently seeking skilled Analysts for our New York office within the Non-Profit Healthcare Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


In your role as an Analyst, you will quickly take on significant responsibilities, which include: executing debt financing and M&A transactions, developing financial models to support banking operations; creating and managing diverse databases; conducting refunding and restructuring analyses; preparing proposals and presentation materials; collaborating closely with senior bankers and clients on transactions; performing industry and product research; and liaising with underwriters, sales teams, and traders.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Strong technical proficiency, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously while handling competing priorities

Resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Exceptional interpersonal abilities

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelor's degree required

1+ years of experience in investment banking preferred, or relevant experience in the financial services sector

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Exhibit professionalism and strong client management capabilities

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000

The final salary offered will reflect the candidate's experience and qualifications.

In addition to salary, Jefferies provides eligible employees with an annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus, along with competitive benefits, including:
