About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wealth Planning Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, learning about investments, and building strong relationships.

As a Wealth Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling service requests, fielding client questions, and preparing for review meetings. You will also work with custodians and financial institutions to transition assets. Once familiar with these duties, you will have the opportunity to pass the Series 65 securities exam and become a Wealth Coordinator.

The key to success in this role is speed and accuracy. We prioritize timeliness in implementing client investment needs, which creates trust between our clients and advisors. To achieve this, you will need to understand investment plans, know how each investment works together, and submit client data promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in finance or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with investment products and services is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
