Job Overview

This Inside Sales Representative role plays a critical part in driving business growth by achieving sales targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a strong understanding of CRM software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed overall sales goals and quotas assigned by Bioventus.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and outside sales staff.
  • Adhere to the Inside Sales Process and directives set by the Director of Inside Sales.
  • Develop an individual business plan to meet or exceed area financial sales and marketing objectives.
  • Accurately manage book of business utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including sales forecasting, Accounts List, and Leads.
  • Become an expert on applicable Bioventus products and communicate their capabilities to existing and potential customers in a consultative manner.
  • Maximize use of available information technology and other materials or programs to meet or exceed strategy.
  • Participate with other Bioventus functions as an integral part of key customer teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales (inside or outside) where responsible for hitting high-reaching targets preferred.
  • Preferable experience working in the medical industry via pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Proven success in achieving sales objectives in various distribution structures and product segments.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, and results-oriented with well-developed communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
