Job OverviewThis Inside Sales Representative role plays a critical part in driving business growth by achieving sales targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a strong understanding of CRM software and MS Excel.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed overall sales goals and quotas assigned by Bioventus.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and outside sales staff.
- Adhere to the Inside Sales Process and directives set by the Director of Inside Sales.
- Develop an individual business plan to meet or exceed area financial sales and marketing objectives.
- Accurately manage book of business utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including sales forecasting, Accounts List, and Leads.
- Become an expert on applicable Bioventus products and communicate their capabilities to existing and potential customers in a consultative manner.
- Maximize use of available information technology and other materials or programs to meet or exceed strategy.
- Participate with other Bioventus functions as an integral part of key customer teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience.
- Experience in sales (inside or outside) where responsible for hitting high-reaching targets preferred.
- Preferable experience working in the medical industry via pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Proven success in achieving sales objectives in various distribution structures and product segments.
- Dynamic, aggressive, and results-oriented with well-developed communication skills.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
